In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the data processed through this software:
- Data Processed: Your activity/AFK times during working hours, list of applications used, keyboard/mouse movement statistics, and periodic screenshots.
- Processing Purpose: Tracking workflow, performance evaluation, overtime calculation, and ensuring the security of company IT resources.
- Processing Process: Data is collected only during defined working hours. Tracking is not done through the software outside of working hours.
- Data Security: Collected data is stored encrypted and can only be accessed by authorized managers and the HR department.
