01. Data Controller
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we at Staff Dog take utmost care to ensure the security of your personal data. We attach great importance to the processing and storage of your data in accordance with the KVKK.

Your data may be transferred to our business partners, cloud service providers (AWS, etc.) and authorized public institutions, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

Your data is collected electronically for the purpose of establishing and performing the contract and enabling the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.

06. Data Processor Status and Disclaimer
Staff Dog, while processing the data (screenshots, activity durations, etc.) of personnel added to the system by the employer (customer), only uses the "Data Processor" clause within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). It has the status of "operating".
The responsibility for monitoring relevant personnel, taking screenshots and providing the necessary legal infrastructure for processing this data, fulfilling the Duty to Inform and obtaining Explicit Consent if necessary, rests entirely with the employer (customer) who is the "Data Controller". Staff Dog cannot be held responsible for legal disputes between the employer and its personnel.
