How does it work as an employee?

Install the App

Click the download link you received from your administrator. Run the .exe file for Windows or the .dmg file for macOS.

Log in with your company email address and the password sent to you.

Give your approval.

You will be informed about the tracking process under the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law). The system will start automatically once you give your consent.

Work normally.

The system runs silently in the background. It won't disturb you. At the end of your workday, the application automatically logs you out.

🛡️ Privacy Guarantee: Staff Dog does not collect data outside of working hours. Privacy mode is automatically activated in personal applications like WhatsApp.

Q. What happens if the internet connection is interrupted?

When the connection is lost, the data is stored in local encrypted storage and automatically synchronized when the internet connection is restored.

Q. How many users can use it simultaneously?
