Staff Dog is a comprehensive employee tracking and time management system developed for remote and hybrid working teams. It offers real-time monitoring, automatic time tracking, screenshot feature, and detailed reporting tools in a single platform. It is a GDPR-compliant SaaS product designed specifically for the Turkish market.

Q: Who is it suitable for?

Staff Dog is ideal for SMEs, agencies, software companies, call centers, and accounting firms with 10-200 remote employees. HR managers and team leaders benefit most from the system.

Q: Is there an on-premise option?

Yes, an on-premise installation option is offered within the Enterprise plan. You can install it on your own servers or private cloud infrastructure with Docker-based installation. Contact our team for this option.

Q: How many languages does the system support?

The interface is currently only available in Turkish. English interface support is on our roadmap and will be added soon.

Q: Is Staff Dog compliant with KVKK?

Yes, Staff Dog is designed to be fully compliant with KVKK. Our system offers the following guarantees: (1) Employees are clearly informed and their consent is obtained in each session, (2) what data is collected is shown transparently, (3) data is collected only during defined working hours, (4) personal communication content (WhatsApp, etc.) can be excluded from the record, (5) data is stored in an encrypted and secure environment.

Q: In which country is the data stored?

Data is stored in AWS's Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region and, if necessary, on local servers in Türkiye. Special configurations can be made within the Enterprise plan to comply with the KVKK's regulations on international data transfer.

Q: Can employees find out what data is collected?

Yes. Within the scope of the 'right of access' of the KVKK, each employee can request information about their own data individually. In addition, with the feature to be added to the employee portal, employees will also be able to view their own reports.

Q: Which operating systems are supported?

The desktop application runs on Windows 10/11 and macOS 11 Big Sur and later versions. The administration panel is web-based; it is compatible with current versions of modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Q: What happens if the internet connection is interrupted?

The desktop application stores data locally when the internet connection is interrupted. When the connection is re-established, all data is automatically synchronized, and the active session continues from where it left off. No data loss occurs.

Q: How often are screenshots taken?

The default interval is 20 seconds, but it can be freely configured between 5-120 seconds from the administration panel. Screenshotting outside of working hours can be completely disabled.
